Having online therapy via video call couldn't be easier.

How do i set up my online therapy session?

Your one-to-one online therapy session will take place using Skype, Facetime or Zoom.

The process of setting up your Skype Psych therapy session is very simple:

Therapy on Skype

You can register for a free Skype account and download the free Skype software here. You'll need to do this before booking your Skype Psych appointment.  When you contact me to book your appointment, you'll need to provide your Skype-registered email address and your Skype username. At your specified date and time, log into Skype on your computer. I will then use the details you provided to add you to a Skype video call.

Therapy on FaceTime

If you have an Apple device, your therapy session can take place on FaceTime. All you need to do is make sure you are registered and set up on FaceTime and provide me with you phone number at the time of booking.

Therapy on Zoom

To set this up, all you have to do is tell me your email address. Shortly before your Skype Psych session is due to start, I’ll email you an invitation to our video call. You simply follow the link and I’ll be there waiting for you in the Zoom video conference meeting.
